Norwex Descaler against hardwater!

I decided to tackle the hardwater stains inside my dishwasher today, not sure where my energy comes from being 7 months pregnant....but a recent hostess shared how amazed she was at her very old dishwasher and how it came out looking brand new with little effort...had to try it.

So I used the Norwex Descaler and sprayed it on the inside of my dishwasher, I then ran a hot pot wash cycle to steam the inside and sprayed it again.  A few bad sections needed to be scrubbed with a Spirinette but for the most part the hot steam and the Norwex Descaler did the trick!  Check this out.

Before and After shots WOW!

I wish I had taken before photos of my door, they were yellow stained!

I can't believe how new my dishwasher looks!!!

What shall I clean next?

Norwex at the Rotary Trade Show!

Norwex was in attendance last weekend at the Rotary Home and Leisure Show.  The show had fabulous attendance and I had a great time sharing Norwex with lots of new people.
The chicken demo was a huge hit!

Congratulations to SHERRI JOHNSON who won the draw prize of a gift bag of all kinds of fabulous Norwex products.

Thanks to all who stopped in to say hello and check out the Norwex booth!  I hope you are enjoying your new products, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have further questions!

Still bleaching your cutting boards?

Put your mind at east to know that the Norwex Enviro Cloth will in FACT remove proteins from the surfaces of your counters, cutting boards etc.  No proteins, no bacteria, nothing to worry about!

I recently purchased some Protein testing swab kits from 3M for a trade show I did this past weekend.
Before I took them to the show I decided to try the test kits in front of people at a show.  I had no idea what the results would be but felt confident that they would work out great.

I took a clean counter space and rubbed it with a raw piece of chicken.  The guests were in awe of course come even were commenting ewwww gross, etc.  I then took a clean swab test and rubbed the surface to prove that obviously protein was in fact present.

I then took my damp Norwex enviro cloth and wiped the surface clean.  I then took out a second swab test to retest the surface I had just cleaned.  The swab test came out perfectly clean!!!  It was a very cool demonstration and proof of how well the products work.  My guests were sold and floored at the same time!

Then I took my chicken demo to the trade show.  In the time frame of about 3 hours I did about 6 raw chicken demos.  Because I didn't have access to a sink I was NOT able to wash my cloth out in between demos, as I was simply too busy to run to the washroom to rinse out cloths.  The shocking thing for me was that after 3 hours and 6 chicken demos my swab tests were STILL swabbing perfectly clean!

That is a lot of chicken blood etc inside a cloth that is still wiping up a cutting board perfectly clean!  Obviously in your own home you would have access to clean the cloths in between but this was a great way to put the cloths to the test...WOW!
I will post a video very soon, stay tuned!

Norwex Spirisponge

One of the common complaints I get at parties is
"What do you have that will clean my smooth top stove?"
Well the Norwex Spirisponge is the answer for most daily cleanup jobs.
Take a look at these photos submitted to me by my good friend Tracey who is also a Norwex consultant, I had to borrow her info as I have the old style range top so thanks to Tracey for your input!
Tracey was cooking soup that boiled over one day on her nice new appliances.

This type of spill will not come off with a traditional kitchen cloth!

But as you can see here Tracey simply wiped the smooth top surface with the Norwex Spirisponge along with a Norwex enviro cloth (not sure which order).

Tracey says that on really tough spills and buildup she highly recommends a combination of
Norwex Cleaning Paste along with a Kitchen Scrub Cloth so for those of you with smooth top surfaces these are your Norwex cleaning options!

Thanks again Tracey for these fabulous photos!
